Thread of the Day: What New Car Would Make the Best Santa Sleigh?

With Christmas just around the corner, Santa Claus is readying his sleigh to deliver presents around the globe. When the reindeer get tired, though, what if Santa temporarily upgraded his sleigh to a newer, more modern vehicle?

Last year, Motor Trend forum member O_Cali_O asked the same question, saying he would choose the new global Ford Ranger. Others suggested the Toyota Hilux Diesel, Chevrolet Kodiak/GMC Topkick, Audi Q7 TDI, and the Lexus LFA. Since then, plenty of new models have been released or confirmed, so we want to know what 2013 or 2014 models from any market Santa should use for a modern sleigh. A few picks around the office include the 2013 Cadillac CTS-V Wagon, a Holden HSV Maloo R8, and a Nissan NV3500 cargo van.
