Hot Rod Ranchero: Alaska Or Bust, Part Two

Last we left Hot Rod’s David Freiburger and Mike Finnegan, the pair were shooting off fireworks in the still of a Canadian night – but weren’t able to restart their crusty but (occasionally) trusty 1968 Ford Ranchero, thanks to a flaky electrical system. But did the second attempt at a journey to Alaska come to an end right then and there?

We won’t spoil the whole thing for you, but as you can see from the 26 -minute run time of this clip, the Alaskan adventure did progress beyond that breakdown. And another breakdown in White Horse, Yukon, that required re-installing the starter in ten-degree weather, no less.

Bison. Elk. Snow. Ice racing. Fireworks. Donuts. Border crossings. Snowmobiles. This video has it all, so without any further ado, enjoy the conclusion to Roadkill’s Alaksa-or-Bust venture.
